Fayetteville State University Dining Services Welcomes New General Manager

Fayetteville State University Dining Services is proud to announce the appointment of Jazmine Wheeler as its new General Manager.

Bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in higher education dining and retail operations, Jazmine joins the Bronco community with an impressive track record of operational excellence, strategic leadership, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex, multi-unit dining programs while focusing on financial stewardship, team development, and service innovation.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Jazmine is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering others. Her ability to build strong teams, foster accountability, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement has made her a respected leader within collegiate dining. She believes that exceptional hospitality begins with engaged employees, meaningful partnerships, and a shared commitment to serving others.

As General Manager, Jazmine will oversee all aspects of Fayetteville State University Dining Services, working closely with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners to enhance dining experiences across campus.
